Relaxation and lengthening of the muscles, fascia, and other soft tissue structures within the areas of the chest and pelvic region will be utilized. This type of treatment can be helpful for those with sciatica, hip pain, back and neck pain, pelvic floor pain, hysterectomy or c-section or episiotomy scarring, bladder issues, endometriosis, vulvodynia, ovarian cysts, menstrual problems, breast cancer, masectomy, etc.
Structural Orthopedic Therapy : This uses a clinical view in order to help with pain management, musculoskeletal discomfort, and injuries. This form includes using techniques such as trigger point release, soft tissue mobilization, myofascial release, and active stretching.  Athletic and non-athletic clients will be assisted in maintaining their peak performance and lessening their pain and discomfort.  Sessions will forego a full body massage in order to address specific areas in greater depth.
Myofascial Release and Craniosacral Therapy : Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle, yet deep, sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. Each treatment is performed directly on skin without oils or cream. This enables the therapist to accurately detect fascial restrictions and apply the appropriate amount of sustained pressure to facilitate release of the fascia. Holds, lifts, compression and decompressions techniques will also be used on cranium and sacral areas to release tension and holding patterns throughout the entire craniosacral system.
